We offer a list of certificates and works to fulfil some of the requirements of applying for or holding an HMO Licence
We aim to provide a quote for certificates or works within 24 hours of receiving the request where the customer has specified which works or the certificate(s) they would like to be done
We aim to provide a date to attend the property within 48 hours of receiving the request where the customer has not specified which works or the certificate(s) they would like to be done, but rather has provided a document to quote from such as licence conditions
We aim to provide a quote for certificates or works within 24 hours of receiving the request where the customer has specified which works or the certificate(s) they would like to be done
We aim to provide the relevant report or certification for our visit within 72 hours of our partner attending the property, for FSRAs this can take around 10 business days following inspection due to their complexity.

- HMO Services London will charge £72+VAT if you require a further visit from our team due to access not being granted to the property through no fault of HMO Services London. This charge will also be applied if access is not granted to the property within 30 minutes of inspectors arrival. Any notification to cancel an appointment must be done 48 hours in advance.
- Local Authority Inspections, attending is not included in this package.
- Planning permission, Licensing application/consultancy and Design is not included in this certification or works – If your property requires these services they will have to be charged separately.

We will compile a comprehensive report, detailing how well your property conforms to the local authorities requirements and relevant fire safety standards. We aim to have your report to you in 7-10 business days following inspection.
We will notify all relevant parties of the licence application as per the local authorities guidelines. This is the responsibility of the landlord.
We will complete and submit the licence application correctly ensuring you do not take on any undue liability.
We will create a floor plan and a fire safety equipment plan and a fire safety escape plan (where required).
We will also supply a template for a tenants fire action notice and property management notice (where required).
We supply tenant fire safety guidance.
