Yuno Anti-Slavery Policy

Policy Statement
Yuno is committed to combating slavery and human trafficking and to acting with integrity in all its
dealings, relationships, and supply chains.
This policy applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including all Yuno
workers (see definition below), agents and business parties. Yuno has a strict policy of prohibiting any
direct or indirect uses of modern slavery to the advantage of the company.

Definitions
‘Yuno workers’ – This includes, but is not limited to; employees, directors, contractors, advisors, board
members, investors, shareholders, and any individuals or entities acting for, or on, our behalf.

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
Modern slavery is a term defined in the UK’s Modern Slavery Act 2015 and encompasses slavery,
servitude, forced or compulsory labour, bonded or child labour, and human trafficking for personal or
commercial gain. Human trafficking is where a person arranges or facilitates the travel of another person
with a view to that person being exploited.
We recognise that modern slavery and human trafficking are criminal offences and violations of
fundamental human rights. We are aware that such exploitation may take various forms and could be
subtle.

Commitments
Yuno requires all its workers, agents and any business parties, to support and adhere to the following
measures to safeguard against modern slavery:

  • We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in our organisation
  • Under no circumstances shall there be any engagement in, facilitation, or failure to report any
activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this policy.
  • Prevention and detection is the responsibility of all those working for us, with us, or on our
    behalf.
  • Any persons working for us, with us, or on our behalf must, without delay, report any suspected
modern slavery or human trafficking to Management, or, where any member of the
Management is suspected to be involved, to the Board.
  • Suspecting persons should also report the matter to local law enforcement should it not be dealt
with expediently by the Management or Board or should appropriate steps not be taken.
  • Yuno workers reporting any such matters are encouraged to maintain confidentiality and
    anonymity where possible.
  • Where the Yuno Management or Board suspects any individuals or organisations engaging in,
facilitating, or remaining complicit in modern slavery or human trafficking practises, appropriate
action must be taken, including criminal prosecution and immediate termination of business
    relationships.

Yuno fully supports the UK government’s objectives to eradicate all forms of modern slavery and human
trafficking and we will continue to work to the highest levels of ethical standards to ensure this in all our
business undertakings.
