Our own technology, and the people behind it
Yuno runs on property compliance software we built ourselves. It checks each property against the requirements that actually apply to it, then keeps monitoring as schemes, deadlines and rules change, so nothing depends on someone remembering to look.
The technology identifies and monitors. Our compliance specialists resolve and manage: handling applications, assessments and the work that follows, and telling you what needs attention first. That combination is why Yuno goes further than flagging a problem and leaving you with it.

We started Yuno in 2017, out of personal experience of how complicated and confusing property compliance and licensing can be. CEO and Founder, with over 15 years in the property sector, from developing properties in Chelsea to building Yuno's compliance focused platform. Paul runs the licensing group for the Lettings Industry Council, and partners with legal and industry experts to help landlords and agents stay ahead of compliance, not overwhelmed by it.
